The drawings are organized by thematic content and different formats.
The Hotel Rooms and The Wall drawings focus on non-dramatic, simple scenes--mundanely designed interiors, or places viewed in passage, without being noticed. Photography has captured these unnoticed places, in a moment. These drawings, settle in for a long look over numerous sessions, and create a sense of time passing that photography cannot communicate.
The long, horizontal panoramic format, as well as the thin, vertical scroll-like format, enable the viewer to focus on details that might otherwise be lost in the sea of a wider formatted image.
